These Terms of Use apply to the Clean AI iOS app.
Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Clean AI, you agree to these Terms of Use and any applicable Apple terms.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, lawful use on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.
App purpose
Clean AI helps you review, organize, and clean content in your photo library. You remain solely responsible for reviewing any items before deleting, exporting, or changing them.
Your responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- use the app in violation of applicable law
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app beyond rights allowed by law
- use the app in a way that harms the service, its infrastructure, or other users
Deletion and device actions
When you choose to delete or modify content using the app, those actions may affect data stored in your photo library or on your device. You are responsible for reviewing actions before confirming them.
Subscriptions and billing
If the app offers paid subscriptions:
- payment is handled by Apple through your App Store account
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple's rules
- you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings
- premium access and entitlement status may be managed through RevenueCat and Apple systems
Pricing, billing periods, trial availability, and offer eligibility may change from time to time where permitted.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.
Third-party services
The app may rely on third-party services such as Apple, Firebase, and RevenueCat. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
No warranty
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if required by law, platform rules, security reasons, or material misuse of the app.
Governing terms
If you use the app through Apple's App Store, Apple's mandatory platform terms may also apply where required.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest published version should be treated as the current version.
